Double room

Our double rooms are the heart of Villa Amber — sixteen rooms spread across all three floors of our 126-year-old house, each one carrying its own character. Original details from the villa’s past meet modern comfort: crisp linen, a comfortable bed, and small considerate details to make you feel at home.

Choose a room in The Burrow, our ground-level floor with stone walls and a stillness that makes the world outside feel very far away. Or stay on the upper floors where the light streams in through the generous windows.

Rooms are available with a 140cm queen bed or two 90cm beds that can be arranged together as a king bed or apart — for couples, friends, or anyone who simply prefers their own side. Pets are welcome in some of our double rooms. And some have room for an extra bed on request.
